The Word of the Lord teaches us from the book of James, ..."The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." Prayer is one of the greatest privileges of a saint of God. Jesus was a man of prayer and has left a good example of the importance and power of prayer. Through prayer we communicate with God. He promises us an answer according to His will. There are events and circumstances in all our lives we can not handle alone. We need someone to stand with, and to pray with and for us. We at Progressive Church believe PRAYER CHANGES THINGS. We are here to go before the throne of God in Prayer on your behalf. If you would like the Pastor or our Prayer Band to lift up your name or concern before God in Prayer, this is the place to do it. Your prayer requests will be checked daily and will receive immediate attention. We are here for you so feel free to take advantage of the Prayer Support Ministry of this Church.
